Our design process is inspired by efficiency. Think of it like building a car online—simple, visual, and easy to understand. Every home includes high-quality standard finishes and a thoughtfully edited menu of optional upgrades in select categories. You’ll review each category with your design team and choose the look that fits your style (and your budget). No brand names. No pressure. Just great options that work together beautifully.

Our streamlined design process helps keep your project on schedule and on budget. By offering pre-vetted packages that still allow for thoughtful personalization, we’re able to offer a semi-custom home experience without the overwhelm—or the extra cost. Choose from four modern, designer-selected color packages.
Countertops
All kitchens and bathrooms come standard with high-quality rock tops, but you’ll get to select from three elegant material finishes:

Stone Accents
Pick from three timeless stone options to elevate your exterior and fireplace.
Tile
Bathroom floors, kitchen backsplashes, and fireplaces each have curated tile looks to choose from—including hex, picket, and classic 3×6 styles.
Carpet & Stair Runners
Soft underfoot and long on durability, you’ll choose between warm neutrals and cool greys in both main carpet and stair-specific styles.
